Order processing time
We will process your order within 48 hours after your payment and arrange shipment within 1-3 business days through logistics partners such as DHL and FedEx. After shipment, you will receive an email with the courier number and carrier information so that you can track the status of your package at any time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. During promotional activities or peak periods, order processing time may be longer.
Shipping method and timeliness
Please fill in the correct delivery address at checkout. We currently do not provide free shipping service. You can check the specific shipping information on the checkout page and confirm it before completing the purchase. The delivery time will vary depending on your region, order size and weight. The estimated delivery time is 5-15 days. In case of weather, logistics delays or other force majeure factors, the delivery time may be extended.
Logistics information is not updated
After the order is shipped, please wait at least one business day for the logistics information to be updated and notified by email. If the logistics information has not been updated for a long time and the estimated delivery time has exceeded, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with further assistance.
How to find a delivered package
After shipment, you will receive an email containing the courier number and carrier information. You can enter the number on the courier company's official website to check the status of the package.
If the logistics information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, it is recommended that you take the following steps:
1. Ask your family, roommates, neighbors or doormen if they will collect it on your behalf.
2. Check whether the package has been signed for and confirm whether the signer knows it.
3. Check the back door, side door, mailbox, property mail room and other places where the package may be stored.
4. Contact your courier to confirm the specific delivery time and location of the package.
